Sandhya is the driving force behind Bharte Kadam Foundation, leading with compassion, commitment, and a vision of “One step forward, for a better tomorrow.” Under her leadership, the foundation has grown into a multi-faceted movement impacting education, hunger relief, environment, animal welfare, and community empowerment.

She strongly believes that dignity, equal opportunity, and access to basic needs are the foundation of a just society. By combining strategic leadership with on-ground involvement, Sandhya ensures that every initiative is not only well-planned but also deeply impactful for the people it serves.
